Who we are

This website is operated by Optimum Hospitality Technology Ltd., with offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Tangerang, Indonesia. For any question about this statement or about your data, write to info@optimum-hospitality.com.

What we collect, and when

We only collect what you give us. There is no advertising network on this site, no tracking pixel, and no profiling.

• Consultation requests. The name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field of the contact form. We use it to answer you and for nothing else.
• Newsletter. Your email address, until you unsubscribe.
• Assistant. If you leave your details in a conversation with our assistant, we receive your name, your email address, and what you are looking for. The conversation itself is not stored.

The assistant

The chat assistant on this site is an AI assistant, and it says so at the start of every conversation. It answers from the published content of this website.

Conversations are not retained. What reaches us is a lead: a name, an email address, and the subject of the enquiry. Nothing else from the exchange is kept on our side.

The assistant does not give legal, financial, or contractual commitments. Fees, contracts, and complaints are handed to a person.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Data is handled by the service providers that run this website and its email and assistant features, and only so those features work.

Enquiries reach the Optimum Hospitality team. They are not passed to third parties beyond that.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as the conversation with you is live, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any newsletter we send.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@optimum-hospitality.com and we will act on it.

If this statement changes, the date below changes with it.
