Norbert is a graduate of the world-renowned Centre International de Glion in Switzerland. He has over 30 years of hotel industry experience in Indonesia, Vietnam, the USA, Germany, and his native Austria, having held senior management positions with notable hotel groups such as Ian Schrager Hotels and Four Seasons in New York, and Mandarin Oriental and IHG in Jakarta and Bali.

Fluent in four languages and passionate about connecting capital with project and operational excellence, Norbert has been involved in more than 100 hotel projects overseeing technical, operational, and advisory services throughout the full real estate life cycle. He brings a wealth of experience working with hotel owners, investors, and developers to achieve superior returns and best practice asset management strategies.
