Having lived in Vietnam for a total of +5 years, he has developed a strong understanding of the local business culture and the operational realities of the region’s hospitality industry.

After building Vertize into a specialised AI agency serving the hospitality sector, Tom partnered with Optimum Hospitality exclusivly to integrate next-generation AI capabilities into their advisory and management services. His work includes AI voice agents, automated service flows, digital concierge models, and data-driven operational intelligence, all designed to elevate service quality and improve financial performance.
